Quartz Broadcast
This multi-colored system is slightly higher in cost and is a six step process. It is particularly critical with this system to repair any imperfections in the slab. Once the floor prep and repairs are made a clear penetrating primer is applied followed by a topical primer and a multi-colored quartz aggregate broadcast is added. Once this is cured we repeat the first step using a 100% solids general service epoxy clear coating and a second layer of quartz aggregate is added to the coating. Next a clear epoxy top coat is applied to the system.
